Liposuction is a surgical procedure where fat is suctioned from the body. The combination of these fluids helps to loosen the fat cells and reduce bruising. Super-wet liposcution means that the added liquid is equal to the volumne of fat expected to be removed. This is the preferred technique for surgeons who are removing a large amount of fat.

After liposuction surgery, patients can most often return to work between 2 days and 2 weeks. Sutures that are non-absorable will be removed after 5 to 10 days.
